Single Digits
Single digits now... or not. I think my body wants to hold onto this baby for the long haul. We have guesses on when Baby Mac is going to arrive... and the first guess is today, from Ryan H. Sorry bud, I think you're date is going to come and go with no adventure. Here are some other guesses. If you want to put your two cents in, then please comment and I will add you to the list :)
Maria V. - May 18th
Erin H. - May 21st
Scott - May 23rd
Erin T. - May 24th
Rachel J. - May 25th
Amber H. - May 27th
G'ma Linda - May 28th
Me - May 29th
G'ma Sheryl - May 30th
Aunt Linda G. - May 30th
Aunt Katie - May 31st
Barry J. - June 1st

And so I don't have a blind post, here are pictures of the nursery (done until we find out what he/she is). You can vote on that, too!

I finally figured out how to upload these. It is from our last ultrasound around 32 weeks. In the second video, you see the baby opening its mouth. Too cute. Can't wait to REALLY see it's little face :)

Casa Grande
Not the town, the monument. It was actually much cooler than we all though. (Not temperature wise... it was at least 100, I don't care what my car said)

Addie
Her eyes match our floors

For everyone that is afraid that Addie will eat the baby, let me reassure you that she is a changed dog. We have been working with a trainer (Bark Busters) and she is doing great. We have had very few destructive moments (she did eat my lone hibiscus flower the other day... but hey, it wasn't the whole bush) and she is following our boundaries that we have set up in the house (she is not allowed in the baby room at all). She lets us go through all doorways before she does, and really looks to Scott and I for guidance. It makes me more at ease, and it's nice not to be worried that she is digging holes in the yard if we leave her alone back there for 1 minute (She was okay left alone in the house for a whole hour yesterday, too!) Although I will never leave the baby alone with her, it's nice to finally have a good dog... knock on wood :)

locked out
Scott locked me out of the house this morning when he left for work while I was in the back yard watering flowers. After frantically trying the sliding glass door a couple of times, and confirming that the garage door was not open either, I walked down to my mother's house who, thankfully, has a key. The good thing was that I actually got dressed today before I did my outside duties. Usually I just am in my nightgown, which at 9 months, doesn't cover all that much. I can just imagine the looks I would get from the neighbors walking down the street in that.
