5 Months!
Month 5 has been not much different than month 4, except she is getting bigger and her hair is getting longer! She is close to sitting up by herself, and if we prop her just right, she will sit there for 10 seconds or more. She has been a great little traveler, and I have no giraffe picture, and no height/weight stats, but here is a Happy Halloween wish to you all! (giraffe pics will be coming!)

We had a GREAT time at Tim and Kelli's wedding. It was gorgeous! It should have been in a magazine. Seriously, Martha Stewart missed out. Everything from the hotel everyone stayed in to the historic church (on the location that Francis Scott Key died), the shuttle, and then the reception (Oh my) was just perfect. I didn't take too many photos, because I was busy bust'n a move on the dance floor, but I do have some that I would like to call your attention to:

The Bouquet Toss - All the single ladies lined up.
There's the 2/6 that have not tied the knot yet. Not in the first row, not even in the second. They are 3 deep!
Seriously, does anyone WANT to get married? Not a single hand in the air! The bouquet is flying into a crowd who obviously doesn't want to catch it!
Getting married is fun, promise.

We are...
in Baltimore. We've just arrived. My good friend Kelli is getting married this weekend (that makes 4/6 that have tied the knot, Mir and Stina, you're in the minority now). I decided to stay back in the hotel to get Tessa back on some sort of schedule, while Scott went to grab some lunch (Tessa was amazing on the flight, like she has been in the past. And it was 4 hours on the plane! Such a good baby). He called as soon as he got the the restaurant, reading me the delicious entrees which are available. That was 1.5 hours ago. Seriously, I am starving. We got a pack of crackers on the plane, and nothing more. I haven't eaten in 7 hours. Hopefully he comes soon, or Tessa might be missing a couple of baby toes.

At the Pumpkin Patch
We went to a real pumpkin patch in Kansas City (Louisburg to be exact). As soon as we got there, I was wondering why we didn't go to one in Phoenix, where it was warm, and didn't have a cold south wind blowing 100 mph freezing my poor baby. And didn't smell like rotten apples and hay.

Kansas City Half Marathon
Hooray for Katie and Grandpa Jim (Dad)! They finished the Kansas City Half Marathon this morning. Grandma Honey (Mom) and I surprised them both by coming to cheer them on (and Tessa too!). It was cold, but it didn't rain. Great job to both of you!

Tessa's never been this cold in her life

20/52
Really!? 20 weeks! Time has gone very fast (it's amazing how fast the days go when you spend 8 hours of them asleep). Tessa is learning to play with her jumper a little better and she can walk walk walk until days end! Other than that nothing has changed. She did roll over once from her back to her tummy, but obviously she didn't like the result and refuses to do it again. But she is a champ on flipping right onto her back from the tummy. We are working on getting her to bottle feed. It doesn't matter who is giving it to her, she hates it. I did get her to drink from it finally yesterday with a little trickery. I'm just not sure if our nanny will be comfortable acting like she is going to breastfeed Miss T before slipping the bottle in. :) We'll get it figured out I am sure. Here are some new photos of a little T cuteness!

Pink Overload
Sometimes I am overwhelmed by the amount of pink in Tessa's wardrobe. I am sure some of you can relate (my mother, her mother, my grandma's mother, my Aunt Linda and Aunt Dana, my cousin Shannon, just to name a few of you all girl families). Sometimes a girl has to have a little blue.

Tessa's new smile
Where has my cute innocent baby gone? Now she is Dr Horrible, planning evil things. Have you seen Dr Horribles Sing Along Blog. It is hilarious. I could watch it a million times.
Back to evil baby -

Just insert snorting to this image and you might as well be here in person.

This smile better not show up in any school pictures.

And on another note, I asked Scott to take a photo of T and I last night. The camera battery ran out after a couple of shots, so I wasn't able to look at them right away, but he assured me he got some good ones...

of the couch.
