Tot School

Tot School

Tessa is 23 months old

Tessa has seemed uninterested in her puzzles, but we had a break thru this week.  I placed all the pieces in a basket and she would pull out at a time out and place it in the puzzle.
She like to say "wiggle wiggle wiggle" as she makes them fit.

I put the tonging activity back on her montessori shelf, and it is amazing how much better her pincer grasp is since we last had this out.

Lots of outdoor time this week.  She is getting better about taking her clothing off, but we are working on putting them on, too!  She has perfected putting her boots on.

We had Tessa walk the last 100 yards back to the car during our hike.  She decided that she needed to walk with a heavy rock, even though she was so tired (it was past her bedtime) and she really didn't feel like walking.

We worked on some "A" printables this week with Do A Dot markers, but since I was working so much, I think we will keep them out for a while longer, so we can focus more on the alphabet, rather than "bang bang bang" with the markers :)

And finally we had fun at Tally's birthday party this weekend.  Next birthday... Tessa's!

Scott took this endearing picture of what appears to be me, throwing Tessa off the mountain.

Easter Sensory Bin

I hid a lot of items inside the eggs, and she hasn't even found half of them, so this will keep her entertained for a long time.
Her favorite thing to do this day was taking turns riding her toys around on her bike.
"Easter Bunny turn!"  "Ball turn!" "Egg turn!"
