From our Wonder Woman and Superman!

Bowling

Tessa has a "good behavior sticker chart" and gets to choose her rewards.  Conveniently, the chart takes about a week to finish so we have had some fun things to do for the past several weekends.  A few weekends ago we took her bowling for the first time.

And yes, the sticker chart is working great!

It's not just the picture, that ball was really just sitting there.  We had to "rescue" her bowling balls more than a few times.

Better Weather

The end of September brought us some cooler weather 

(cooler is a relative term - it was a cool 99 degrees on this day)

None the less, it brought us outside, in a homemade tent.

3 months

Okay, so apparently I am behind.  The weekly photos?  I've missed too many, so I gave up.  But I did take this pictures on his 3 month birthday (October 9th).

So better late than never in posting - here's Asher!

And Bamboo the Panda is not the only Bla Bla in town!  Meet Ulysse the Horse!

Field Trips

Tessa's first field trip was to build a bear to make their class pet.  I was happy to meet the other kids and  their Mom, and even more excited that all the kids enjoyed make the class pet, and did not ask to make a pet of their own :) 

Her next field trip is a bit more educational (thank goodness) - Tessa and Papa will be going to the dairy farm today!

Tessa drew her first person last month.  It's me if you couldn't tell.  I was amazed though.  She went from scribbling to a recognizable face overnight.

She's three.

She has her pants on inside out.

Her hair is not combed.

Her teeth were probably not brushed.

But all that did not matter, because at that time, she was an artist!

And just like that, it was gone.
